Our negotiations, terms and conditions are as follows:
All information, products and services displayed on the karigars.com website constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. karigars.com website has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof. You (The User) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use the karigars.com website 

1. All orders will be made strictly as per samples and standard quality. We have an in-house manufacturing unit & a nominal tolerance of 5% in size/dimension must be acceptable.

2. Each order will have to be accompanied with 50% advance of the order value and the remaining amount on D.P. basis OR an irrevocable Bank’s Letter of credit at our sight.

3. Goods once sold will not be taken back or replaced under any circumstances and orders once given will not be cancelled.

4. The deliveries of the goods will be in transit worthy, corrugated boxes. Each item will be packed in poly bags. In case of specialized packing charges will be extra.

5.This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of INDIA. The Courts at NEW  DELHI all have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

6.  shipping & Transportation charges to be borne by the party and we are not responsible for any breakage / damage in transit.

7. For any order we need at least 50 to 60 days from the date of conformation.

8. Once you have a thorough planning in order to augment steady and regular sales you will love to gain results out of your efforts.

9. These terms and conditions cancel all previous agreements, representations or understandings and shall prevail despite any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using karigars.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

10. Our  directors, officials, representatives and employees shall in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses, quality of products or services, damages and/or taxes incurred by the Users in the use of the facility.

11. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

12. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by  KARIGARS INTERNATIONAL for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

13. KARIGARS INTERNATIONAL will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

14.  KARIGARS INTERNATIONALshall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers / shops etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control
